Thank you for your interest in the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan! We are very excited to be participating in an immigration program that creates a path to permanent residence for skilled foreign nationals who are able to fill local job vacancies and want to live in Moose Jaw and the surrounding area.
The community will utilize the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot to continue to strengthen our local economy and support the development of our workforce. For more information on the benefits of immigration, please visit Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada’s website.
The Selection Committee will begin accepting inquiries from community-based employers who are interested in posting positions to recruit under the RNIP late in 2020.
Late in 2020 or early in 2021, we will begin accepting applications for a Moose Jaw community recommendation from individuals wishing to immigrate to the community through the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot. To be eligible, applicants must have a genuine full-time job offer from an approved employer, meet the federal government’s eligibility criteria, and meet the community recommendation criteria set by the Selection Committee.
