Job Responsibilities:

• Wash and store all glassware, kitchen equipment, utensils, etc.
• Sweep and mop of the floors
• Put stock away, organize the storage shelves
• Light food preparation (i.e., peeling and chopping vegetables)
• Help with plating large banquets
• Equipment cleaning (i.e., dishwasher, stock pot, grease trap)
• Empty all garbage cans hourly; both kitchen and servery
• Maintain all glass racks and any shelving that stores dishes, glass wear, small wear, etc.
• Maintain staff change room
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Completion of a high school diploma
• At least 1 year of experience as a kitchen helper is required
• Team Player
• Customer Service Oriented
• Professional Attitude
• Excellent personal hygiene and professional appearance
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to bend, stretch sufficiently to perform routine cleaning duties
• Ability to lift/carry 30 lbs.
